Food consumption and dietary assessment survey Kuwait and Egypt

Establishment and update Food compostion table for Egypt and Kuwait 

Organize and coordinate Traning Course for EMRO countr (eight rounds from 1993 to 2002 of a six-month Regional Training Course for Management and Training for Nutrition Programs. Held at National Nutrition Institute /WHO Collaborating Center. Short term assignment Expert for International Agencies (WHO, Winrock Internatonal Institute for Agriculture, FAO).
